Our traffic light classification system reflects the level of risk to residents and staff: RED incidents indicate situations requiring urgent management response and accountability; AMBER incidents highlight near misses and help identify staff training needs; GREEN incidents are used to clarify person-centred care planning needs; and GOLD incidents celebrate occurrences of exemplary care, showcasing best practice.

Provision of footage is tightly controlled and made available via a secure file sharing platform, normally to only the facility manager, deputy manager and specialist care manager.

Our Monthly Summary Reports provide a comprehensive graphical trend analysis of the previous three completed calendar months. These reports detail the total number of incidents and footage requests, offering a clear overview of activity levels. They also break down incidents by Red, Amber, Green, and Gold categories, to illustrate risk levels and exceptional care instances. Additionally, the reports provide an overview of incidents by their nature, such as falls, infection prevention & control, moving & handling, medications administration, and other relevant categories. This detailed analysis helps monitor patterns, identify areas for improvement, and support ongoing quality assurance.
